We ship Ground Advantage through USPS for all orders which is 2-5 days. Your order will be shipped from Prescott Valley, Arizona.

You can select faster shipping at checkout for additional costs. If you need even faster shipping, please contact us for assistance.

Please note: once the package is in USPS’s hands, we do not have any control over when it arrives.

Once we drop off your package with USPS, we are not responsible for what happens after that. We are unable to open a case with USPS for you in the event you believe your package is lost. It is up to the customer to contact USPS to see about a resolution.

Please reach out to us if USPS is unable to locate your package and we'll help in what way we can.

If you have placed an order and realized your address is wrong, please contact us as soon as possible and we will be happy to get that corrected.

Arizona residents will be charged the applicable sales tax based on the shipping address provided.

Darling Rosary will gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery for any undamaged items.

Please note that items need to be undamaged and that customers will need to purchase a return shipping label.

Exchanges and cancellations will not be granted, in this event you will need to return the item, and then purchase a new item if you wish to.

If you would like to make a simple request to change a rosary center or the color of beads please reach out to us. We do charge a $5 non-refundable customization fee.

We cannot guarantee that a custom order request will be accepted but are happy to check.
